Draft - not yet reviewed by a lawyer
Privacy Policy
1. What this app does with your screenshots
helps you organise screenshots you save from your phone. When you share a screenshot into :
- The screenshot image is sent, over a secure connection, to Anthropic (based in the USA), solely so their AI model can read it, give it a title, sort it into a category, pull out useful facts and detect any links. This is the only reason the image ever leaves your phone.
- Anthropic processes the image to answer that one request. 's own server does not keep a copy of your screenshot or its text. Anthropic's standard policy is to delete API inputs and outputs within 30 days (see their published privacy terms); this is Anthropic's policy, not a promise controls.
- The sorted result (title, category, extracted facts, links) is stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is not uploaded to or kept on 's server.
2. What 's server does keep
To keep the service running fairly and to stop abuse, 's server keeps, against an anonymous device token (not your name, email or phone number):
- How many screenshots that device has sorted today and in total (usage counters), used only to apply free-tier and fair-use limits.
- No images, no screenshot text, no extracted facts, and no content of what you saved.
3. Your screenshots stay on your device
Screenshots and their sorted results live in your phone's browser storage (not a cloud account). If you uninstall the app or clear your browser's site data, this information can be lost unless you have exported it (see below).
4. Your controls
- Export: you can export all of your saved items to a file at any time.
- Delete all: you can delete all of your data from the app in one action, on your device. This does not reach back into Anthropic's already-processed, time-limited copies described in section 1.
5. No ads, no tracking
does not show advertising, does not use advertising trackers, and does not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Cross-border transfer
Because the screenshot image is sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States for processing, your data crosses Saudi borders for that single purpose. Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), cross-border transfer of personal data is subject to conditions (such as an adequate level of protection or your consent). This is the central legal question a lawyer must confirm before public launch — this draft does not establish that the transfer is lawful by itself.
7. Your rights under Saudi PDPL
Subject to confirmation by a lawyer, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal data is processed about you and why (this policy).
- Access the data 's server holds about your device (the usage counters described in section 2).
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (use the in-app Delete All, or contact us below for server-side counters).
- Withdraw consent to processing, where processing relies on consent.
8. Children
is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us using the details below so the matter can be looked at.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published in the app with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Legal status of this document
This is a plain-language draft prepared to describe the app honestly, not a final or lawyer-approved privacy policy. It must be reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Saudi PDPL before is offered to anyone outside of testing.
