Privacy Policy
1. What this app does with your screenshots
helps you organise screenshots you save from your phone. When you share a screenshot into :
- The screenshot image is sent, over a secure connection, to Anthropic (based in the USA), solely so their AI model can read it, give it a title, sort it into a category, pull out useful facts and detect any links. This is the only reason the image ever leaves your phone.
- Anthropic processes the image to answer that one request. 's own server does not keep a copy of your screenshot or its text. Anthropic's standard policy is to delete API inputs and outputs within 30 days (see their published privacy terms); this is Anthropic's policy, not a promise controls.
- The sorted result (title, category, extracted facts, links) is stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is not uploaded to or kept on 's server.
- Finding links. When a screenshot names a specific thing (for example a code project or a tool), your phone looks up that name - only the name, never the picture - on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., based in the USA) to find its real page, and 's server may open that thing's public website once to confirm the address. Nothing about you is sent with these lookups beyond what any web request carries (such as your IP address, which GitHub sees).
- Saving a link. If you save a link instead of a screenshot, the link is sent to 's server, which opens that public page to read its title, description and preview picture, and sends those details to Anthropic to be sorted in the same way. 's server does not keep the link or the page. When it opens a page it names itself openly as 's link reader, with a link to this policy.
- Saving a file. If you save a PDF or a text file, the file stays on your phone and is sent, over a secure connection, to Anthropic to be read and sorted in the same way as a screenshot (a text file: its first part only). 's server does not keep the file or its text.
- Reading a reel (Android app). When you save an Instagram reel in the Android app, your phone itself opens the reel's public page and video, takes four still pictures from the video, and sends them with the link to be sorted in the same way (when Instagram shows your phone only the post's preview, its caption and cover picture are sent instead). The video is not kept, on your phone or anywhere else. The first 30 seconds of its sound are sent to Cloudflare (USA) to be turned into text (speech-to-text) for the same sort; the sound and the text are not kept by .
2. What 's server does keep
To keep the service running fairly and to stop abuse, 's server keeps, against an anonymous device token (not your name, email or phone number):
- How many screenshots that device has sorted today and in total (usage counters), used only to apply free-tier and fair-use limits.
- A finished sort's result (the text only, never the picture) for up to one day, so that a sort still finishes when you leave the app before it is done. Your phone collects it when you come back.
- Apart from ratings you choose to send (below), no images, no screenshot text, no extracted facts, and no content of what you saved.
- Ratings during the test. If you rate a sort ("Was this sorted right?") and agree when the app asks, your rating, the sorted result and that screenshot (for a link: its address) are sent to 's server and kept to improve how it sorts. They are used only for that, only during the test, and deleted after it. If you choose "Keep on this phone", nothing is sent.
3. Your screenshots stay on your device
Screenshots and their sorted results live in your phone's browser storage (not a cloud account). If you uninstall the app or clear your browser's site data, this information can be lost unless you have exported it (see below).
4. Your controls
- Export: you can export all of your saved items to a file at any time.
- Delete all: you can delete all of your data from the app in one action, on your device. This does not reach back into Anthropic's already-processed, time-limited copies described in section 1.
5. No ads, no tracking
does not show advertising, does not use advertising trackers, and does not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Cross-border transfer
Because the screenshot image is sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States for processing, your data crosses Saudi borders for that single purpose. Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), cross-border transfer of personal data is subject to conditions (such as an adequate level of protection or your consent). This is the central legal question a lawyer must confirm before public launch - this policy does not establish that the transfer is lawful by itself.
7. Your rights under Saudi PDPL
Subject to confirmation by a lawyer, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal data is processed about you and why (this policy).
- Access the data 's server holds about your device (the usage counters described in section 2).
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (use the in-app Delete All, or contact us below for server-side counters).
- Withdraw consent to processing, where processing relies on consent.
8. Children
is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us using the details below so the matter can be looked at.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published in the app with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Legal status of this document
This policy is written in plain language to describe the app honestly. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; a lawyer qualified in Saudi PDPL will review it before is offered to anyone outside of testing.
